the dictionary files are useless if you are NOT Korean with a korean p3....
the dictionary is a akind of system app and not flash
but if you want to download it try here... but you donwload from the kr site of samsung and the download is very slowly (to me just 80kBit/s,... the file si about 200mb)....
try out..(you can change the region code of your p3 if you wnt to use it anyway but i donīt know how to do and you must read the korean language to use it)

I donīt know about this because i didnīt changed the region code because i donīt need the dictionary... and... i even donīt know how to make it...

but if you korean and have a korean p3 you donīt have to change the region code...
itīs only for american and european p3 versions.... but the korean-english dictionary is all in korean so itīs useless for europeans and americans who canīt read korean...

Okay I make things clearer:
1) Thanks for signing up on ABI, there are not so many Koreans here, Koreans usually prefer to keep to themselves on the web and that's a great pity.
2) You can access the dictionary in any region code with a UCI but if you use default themes (style 1, 2 and 3), you have to be in KR region code to access the dictionary.
3) Here is the region code for Korea. Just put this file into the root of your P3.
4) You can download the dictionary here: http://kr.samsungmobile.com/service/...m=2&listType=5

The root is where all main folders are (music, photo, videos, mypack etc...)
Just put the file next to those folders.

I think that you have to format the P3 or to delete the config folder in the p3 root...
then reinstall the us firmware and it should work...
if the file config.dat is there anyway you have to delete it, too....

Okay, please don't make disinformation

Winnieyu, the P3 should be able to read Korean tags, especially in....korea region code!! lol

Please check languages settings.
And try to transfer your musics again.

Buy if you really want to come back to the US region code (But I can tell you it is useless. EU region code has the advantage of the RDS for the FM tuner, but the US region has no advantage over the KR one), put this file at the root. No need to format or delete anything

hi

i have downloaded the files from samsungmobile.kr.co....
then i unzipped it and put the folder "Dictionary" with all its files into "mypack"
i donīt have the KR region code but lebellium said that the files should work with custom ucis... so... i use the masterpiece one and when i touch the dictionary app nothing happend, only the style reloaded....
in the folder there are 3 folders (DB, FONTS, PRONAUNCIANION...or so...) in another thread they said put THE FILE (this means only one file)... do they mean that i have to put the zip file in it...???

my firmware is 2.18 EU (Touch 6.D)
