Help Convert PSP lua Games to X-fi2 lua?

Is it possible to convert lua games made for PSP so that they will work on the X-fi2?

Sorry if someone else already asked this.

Those games are probably too demanding for the player to handle, even though it hypothetically may be possible if the functions needed exists, which I suspect a few don't.

hey i found a ton of psp lua games( I have made some X fi2 games so i got some experience) and I found jezzball ( i love the classic) so I look at the code and most of it is pretty much them same you just need to change the Image.load to image.load and Color.new to color.new and and some extra lines of code, change coordiantes of some pics. I have converted some of it but i am at a halt since I cant seem t ofigure out what it went wrong

Over all I would say it is very possible you just need to port it

Sounds interesting, mind if I had a look at it to try and see if I could get it to work?

Well I kinda wanna do this one for experience but i will probably ask some some questions like i am at the point were it says

c:\Creative\ZEN X-Fi2\Applications\Jezzball\main.lua:19: attempt to index global 'color' (a number value)
Lua Run Error : attempt to index global 'color' (a number value)

And this is lines 17 to 19

line 17 color1 = color.new(132, 165, 189)
line 18 color = color.new(132, 165, 189)
line 19 color_solid = color.new(210,210,210)

got any ideas what went wrong?

It sounds to me as if the color_solid is already set to be an integer/float before, and you now try to assign a color value to it. It's hard to tell without looking at the code.
No idea if it is only the "_" making something not work, you should be careful with special characters when programming.

Ok im making progress on it now I figured it out
line 17 color1 = color.new(132, 165, 189)
line 18 color = color.new(132, 165, 189)
line 19 color_solid = color.new(210,210,210)

look closely at line 18 it defines color then after that it calls for color i merly changed it to colormain

How about GTA Driving Forward V0.2?

http://psp-news.dcemu.co.uk/gta-driv...0-2-23187.html

You need to register to download so I tried to save you some time by attaching it

I suppose this one is not very complicated an it might be good to start with.

Thanks in advance.
