Default I can't upgrade my x-fi
Hi all

First of all, sorry for my english, I'm from Spain...

Well, I've got a zen x-fi with the 1.3.1 firmware and I've tried upgrade my zen with the 1.4 firmware. I plug the zen, I start the firmware program and when the bar finish appears a message: Firmware upgrade failed! Can anyone help me? what can I do to upgrade my zen x-fi?
