Default Spinn freezes when rebuilding library
Completely freezes when rebuilding library. After hard-boot it says library is empty. I can only view music by switching view to file tree, which sucks.

I've tried formatting it and updating the firmware, is there a file I'm missing? Or should I downgrade the firmware?

you may repair it if u chose ^recover^ in the irever firmware updater but it will delete all your data so be carefull!
