Sync - Tag-update doesn't work?

Hi,
I already posted a thread considering the star rating - but another even more shocking Issue appeared:
The X-Fi2 doesn't update Tags if you re-sync??

I tried under XP/Win7 with Creative Central, WMP, Media Monkey... no matter what kind of synchronisation I do, the tags are not updated.
f.E:
You sync your files to your device. Then you change the Genre, or the Interpret in your library. If you perform a sync now, none of your tags/files are updated on the zen...can that be true? Those are _basics_ that worked fine on the old X-FI!!
Whats the use of syncing then?
You have to re-copy the entire file anytime you change a tag.

Well maybe I'm doing something wrong but otherwise or I'll have to write a big mail to creative... If it wasn't for the hilarious crystalizer and expander I would instantly return to my old X-Fi.

are the tags new music and things your trying to upload?

All the previous Creative players I've had, if the tag was changed on the PC then delete the file on the player prior to re-syncing. This should work for you
