Final wishlist

If Samsung were to release just one more firmware update for the P3, what one feature would you want the most? My one feature is a battery percentege indicator in settings->about like the sansa clip. Just having 3 bars is plain stupid.

Battery percentage is great idea, but Samsung must fix some bugs, which are still there:
1)Play any video,than remove it, then hold video player button for a while(to make player playback last watched video ).After doing so player will reboot or it wil start playing music in video player, especially funny looks mosaic search. The same sequence of actions works well with audio files.
2)In picture viewer after zooming picture "return" button becomes unavaliable, it becomes avaliable after touching touchpad 2 times
3) Unstable work of flashplayer and as a result player may reboot, change font style or it may start working very slow and only reset helps to solve this issue
There are also some more bugs, but they are very rare and i dont know how to reproduce them.

I guess fixing 1 and 2 should be more or less trivial. Samsung surely must fix these.
Actually the one feature I desperately want, more than a battery % indicator, is support for the matrsoka container.

1º More widgets for start, without that icons for childrens.
2º Change the position of A-B by a quick DNSe menu.
3º Create a option to change the colour of menus.
4º Can see the batterie time detailed, saying the extra time and percentage (like Sony PSP)
5º Possibility to read PDF files....
6º Fix all bugs.

Same context: function of On/Off buttom to be adjustable:

• lock/onlock OR
• start/stop

I miss the start/stop button!

• PDF-support
• bookmark function for audiobook position
• start/stop jingle switchable off

To Just add on........
1) May be a motion sensor module can be incorporated
2) Bluetooth optimisation since music is not clear when tested with VU wireless speaker,Sound too less with Sonyericsson MB100 wireless speaker.

you also can add:
it's useful if you can make entries in your calendar without other software...
also there could be better buttons at flashplayer...
I forgot that it would be nice if you can use flashplayer and musicplayer at the same time

Album art with jpeg files.

I just switched from a dead Cowon and S9 and restoring the album art is an ordeal. I was used to simply putting a cover.jpg in an album directory and having the player display it regardless of what format the audio was in. With the P3, not only does it not support this method but embedded art in AAC and OGG files isn't supported in any way. That's very surprising.

I may have to go back to MP3.

@scowl use a program called mp3tag to embed album art it is very quick i could easily embed 100 songs in less than half an hour

I use this to clean up all ID3 tags.

it is possible to save your highscore, if your game has the right code for that... ;D

Albums with smooth transitions between the single tracks sound terribly when broken by gaps.
I have an album with around 40 tracks. Every minute a gap is ugly.
(Soetwas nennt man Konzeptalbum, Carsten)
So I ripped it as a single track, but that couln't be the final solution.

oh...i don´t have something like this...
but i don´t find this terrible..
i had a ipod touch and gappless playback...but there were gaps, too.....
iTunes remove the empty beginning and end....if you then convert them you have a kind of gapples..haha
but with a single track is the only solution now...

for me it´s not disappointing

EQ? You haven't found the master or the DNS EQ??

The P3 came with this out of the box so all that leaves for requests is the Gapless which many want. ;-p
