that is a really good forum but isn't there a way to make a 1200 mb video. look good after converting and cropping. after those settings i get a converted video of 800 to 900 MBs

Increasing bitrate or resolution will both result in a better picture quality and a bigger file. Some programs even let you set the size of the resulting file, so it will adapt the bitrate to that.

I'd try increasing the bitrate. I've seen some stutter when it goes above 900kbps at high resolutions, but you could try higher and see what works best for your resolution.

As for resolution, you could go a little higher than 560x320 but you should always make sure that your resolution has the same aspect ratio as the original video. The video could come out streched if you ignore the aspect ratio.

the programme i am using is any video converter

and the bit rate is 768
frame size: 560x320
framerate: 25
