Default Project: Translating the latest version of SonicStage
Hi, I recently purchased a sony A847 from Japan. I realized SonicStage is in Japanese so I am determined to translate it all for fun, and just to be able to have gapless playback, compressed lossless , playlist creation, and the other features they only give to Japanese customers.

Anyways, if you're thinking of buying the A847 or another Japanese Sony Walkman, maybe this will convince you.

I am updating my progress on the blog www.beshayer.com
But just to have a quick update here, I've made a lot of progress in translation. I figured out how to change everything on the interface. I will provide screenshots soon.

Let me know if anyone is interested in the project, so I can know if it's worth it to build and upload an installer/patch and stuff

Do you mean the Jap A840 has on-the-go playlists or are you just referring to creation in SonicStage?

Will this work w/the English WalkMan players, such as my S and X Series? Mine are NWZ dap's, not the Japanese NW.

I'd be very happy to have this. I can read and write Japanese but my Windows (what a shyte OS) doesn't allow me to use Japanese apps because it needs a separate OS pack, not just the language pack.
