Zune Marketplace TV shows
Do any of you download tv shows regularly from the Zune Marketplace? I have been messing around with it as an experiment to see if I could get rid of cable. I don't have very many shows that I watch in a week. I was going to see what the experience was like.
The first show i am trying out is Whale Wars. It seems to take a long time from when an episode airs on TV before it hits the marketplace. The last episode was around 5 days. I did look on iTunes and it was available the next morning there. I have noticed that The Deadliest Catch seems to appear in the Marketplace fairly quickly.
So is Whale Wars a fluke, or is that the norm? I don't mind waiting a little after the original airing of the show on TV, but 5 to 7 days is too long. Does Cupertino have a say in how long it takes other services before they can make shows available?
