Problem- Won't sync music.
Reason- Thinks the song is on player, when its not. Cause- Player Firmware Restore Anyone else had this issue? |

Yea I had this problem once, but it was my own fault. I was using the option to not sync music that is not liked(broken heart symbol) and I had accidentally not liked the song that wouldn't sync. I changed it to like and it synced.

that could be it, it could also be that you once removed it from the device (it'll have a circle/slash icon in the collection if so.) And it could just be database confusion, that the zune media collection reset tool will fix.

Question- Why was this moved? This is NOT repicatable on previous Zune models.
The player still shows the content but can't play it because its not there. This is a ZuneHD only issue. However, it also has a software side so, idk.. maybe I am just nitpickin. |
