Fuze + RB Charging and always on

Hi ,i keep my rockboxed fuze always attached to the charger via usb cable (i use an adapter). It appears that RB won't go into idle poweroff when is charging or connected to USB, therefore i have to leave it always on (in pause and with monitor off, as it's only playing music a few hours a day).


On the long run, could this cause problems to the player or to RB, apart from damaging the battery life?

This will definitely shorten the battery life and performance, aside from that I can’t imagine that you are causing harm to anything else since the screen is off.
