So I discovered to my happiness that the Fuze doesn't suffer from the same pitch issue that the Clip+ had. However, issues are abound regardless, though hopefully there are solutions for them this time.
The first one I have has to do with the volume. It seems that whenever I try to increase the volume, the Fuze starts skipping as it struggles to put out volume. The set volume from the get go is fine, which is roughly about halfway on the volume bar, and it continues to be so if I turn it down or return back to the original volume. The issue however, is when I try to increase the volume, and voila, skips galore. (Can't seem to replicate this anymore) The other issue is a minor one, but it still drives me nuts. The display on the upper edge of the display is covering up the clock, play, and battery icon by about halfway. I've dug around the forums a bit and looked through the settings vigorously but I am pretty sure these are easy fixes, it's just that I haven't found the solutions for them yet... The clip+ and fuze have the same pitch error (e.g. negligible).
The casing on the fuze typically does that to some extent. Theres not much you can do about it. |
