I bought a plastic case for my S739 from eBay. Although it's not an original Sony case it was made for the S630/730 series and fits perfectly. I've had it for nearly 1.5 years now and I'm happy with it.

BTW- What is the difference between the 739 and 738?

The only difference is flash memory capacity. The 738 has 8GB, the 739 gives you 16GB.
