Angry THe playlist problems. Anyone ever get this figured out

okay i am trying to make playlist here i have had this mp3 for about a year and the only way to make a list so far i have found is to play a song and then just keep hitting "add to now playing" on a bunch of other songs i want, but when i attach it to my pc to charge it i am screwed and i lost the now playing memory. i have tried making a m3u playlist and a pla playlist i am begging for someones help with this i am going to freaking lose it if i cant have a playlist ever. also i have tried media monkey and still no sucess. i have xp also PLZZZZ!!!! someone help

COME ON!!! im dyin here ppl i am about to lsot my mind and smash this thing if i have to make another nowplaying/playlist things GGRRRRR!!!! curse insignia and there pointlessly confusing coding

Peeps arent ignoring you - just dont think too many folks have your Insignia player.

Only thing I can suggest is under Win to install MediaMonkey or Winamp and use those apps to try and make playlists under your device. Maybe you'll get lucky and what you create will remain on the device.

Also, you provided zero information about how you have previously tried to create those m3u and pla files. What did you use?

Assume you have already contacted Insignia and asked them?

Help people help you man...

in the disk incluided on the device come the program "rhapsody", if you dont have the disk you can downloas rhapsody from internet, its like the itunes, rhapsody makes playlist on your insignia sport player
(my english is bad, i know)
