Assuming you already downloaded the liberate 1.5.1 archive and deployed it....
Download the file deployer. Code:

Well, I've only gotten MiniOpera and Fangband to work, but here's how I did it.
(Make sure you have all the requirements for installing XNA apps. If you've installed XNA or OpenZDK apps to your Zune, you'll be fine. If not, I'm sure you can find the list of requirements someplace) 1. Download Liberate and File Deployer from ZuneBoards here: http://www.zuneboards.com/forums/dow...r-zune-hd.html 2. Extract both files. 3. Download the file that you want to install. (Try this list: http://zunedevwiki.org/wiki/miscellaneous/liberate) 4. DO NOT EXTRACT THE FILE THAT YOU ARE INSTALLING. 5. Place the file you want to install into the content folder in the deployer. (C:/My Documents/File Deployer/Data/Content/YOURFILEHERE) << Something like that... 6. Use the deploykits to deploy both Liberate and the File Deployer to your ZuneHD. 7. On your ZuneHD, run File Deployer. 8. DO NOT TOUCH THE SCREEN OR ANYTHING FOR THAT MATTER WHILE IT IS RUNNING. 9. Do not restart device. 10. Run Liberate. 11. DO NOT TOUCH THE SCREEN WHILE IT IS BLACK OR IT WILL FREEZE THAT WAY AND YOU'LL HAVE TO RESTART YOUR ZUNE. 12. When the screen shows up like a desktop, enter the folder "Files" (there should be a shortcut on the desktop, if not, navigate to it through My Device>Flash 2). Now, here's where I'm not a hundred percent positive, but for what I've gotten to work is: 13. Run the program you deployed. 14. If it results in an installer, wait for it to finish, then press Start>All Programs>Whatever you installed. That's all I know. Maybe someone else can fill in any gaps... Much luck, |

You have to reboot to get back to the original OS. Don't use the power button to try to turn it off. Double-click "Reboot" on the desktop. |

It is just like any other Zune HD application. As soon as you reboot the device or exit the application you will be back where you started.
