Some questions about Iriver E series

I'm planning buy Iriver e30 or e50. In my country Iriver is not available in any local store so have few questions:

1- Does it have a place to hold neck strap.

2- Does it have the feature delete physically songs from player, also does can it delete playing song (delete on the fly)

3- I have Creative Zen and had Sony Nwz series. Does Iriver a real upgrade considering sound quality.

4- e50 does but does e30 comes with ear-in earphones.

Okay I found a store & try most of them, replying my questions:

1- No

2- Yes, delete on the fly supported

3- It has flat, artificial sound just like Sony nwz series, Zen, Samsung t10 and Phillips govibe has louder & more natural sound.
