ok, im now making battle city, the really old snes that someone mentioned on the apps thread.

i need help with the controls im not sure what to put them as. I need movment so left right up down, shoot bullet and shoot bomb. there is a lot of room on the screen i could use.

there is nothing wrong with that site

I think it would be the best if you press on the right side of the screen you move right an when you press on the left side you move left...
(there are 2 options 1. you could make just 4 blocks (red) or 4 triangles (black))
shoot bullet and shoot bomb could be on the botton of the screen

ive decided to go with gruffler's becuase it take up less space and ive already used that technique in pacman so i am familiar with it

But with that system, how will you check for bombing? Doesn't that which he show take up all the screen? Also, which orientation are you intending to use?

ill be using the normal orinetation.
Im not totally sure about the controls, the best controld were to be you could move around while shooting but with the current controls you have move....turn...shoot..move.....
it would be good if you could shoot while moving but there are no controls that i can think of that suit it

Accelerometer or touch screen and then home to shoot regularily. Then hold home to exit, maybe?
