Default speakers are making noise!

hey friends!
I need to discuss something. Do all speakers make noise when they are not playing any music but turned On and attached to computer.
How to kill that speaker noise?

Good speakers don't "make noise" i.e. have background hiss. What model/make speakers are you talking about?

With cheap powered speakers you probably can't fix that. It could also be an issue with a cheap on-board sound card, but usually it's just the speakers. Have you tried turning the speakers on without them being connected to the computer?

I have some cheap powered speakers/sub and poor creative sound card on my pc, no noise or hissing at all from the speakers. The sound I get is fine for what I use it for, so I’d think it’s your speakers or sound card as dfkt stated.

I thought the same about the thread title, heh ...

If they're not that old I'd return them, doubt an exchange would render different results.
