How to use LRC Lyrics

- Create the folder 'LRC' in the devices root (where the Music, Pictures,... folders are located)
- Put the LRC files in the new folder
- Rename the files depending on your UCI settings
--- Option 'Track's Tags'
----> Rename the files to: 'Title - Artist - Album.lrc'
----> Example: 'A Test - Kizune - Aero Music.lrc'
--- Option 'Track's filename'
----> The LRC files must have the same filename as their corresponding track.
----> Example: 'test.flac' -> LRC: 'test.lrc'



The Menu

Press the menu button (button with the arrow pointing down) and the menu opens.
But where is AB-repeat, the ability to enable shaking/tilting and the options screen?
Just swipe to the left or right side (start the gesture on the menu, not the album art) and you'll see the other menu items.



The QuickAccess Menu

In Aero Music there is a menu similar to Dark Evolution's QuickAccess menu, but you open it in another way here.
Just press and hold the menu button to open the QuickAccess menu.
Note: S9 users won't see the button to change the speaker mode (on, off, auto).



The Playlist Manager

The Playlist Manager can be found in the third page of the menu. When you tap the button, the menu closes and the playlist viewer opens. There are no playlists yet of course.
Tap the X button to close the viewer, or tap the right button to open the Playlist Manager. Here you can add and remove playlists.

When you have added a playlist, you have to fill it first. Open it in the manager and then tap 'Fill Playlist'. All tracks in your regular fave list are added to the playlist. Please note that your tracks must have title, artist and album tags.

You can remove or rearrange track by going into the playlist and tapping 'Tracks'.
Then you'll see the playlist entries. The buttons to rearrange/remove tracks are invisible. Tap a track entry on the first third of the screen to move it up, tap it in the middle of the screen to move it down, or tap it on the third third of the screen to remove it. Don't worry, while you press a button there is a popup shown which shows which action you're about to perform.



How to go to different landscape views

In standard view, move the album art to the center in order to go to the showcase. Move the album art to the left side to go to Album Art Wallpaper view.

In showcase, move the album art to the left side to go to standard view or move the album art to the right side to go to Album Art Wallpaper view.

In Album Art Wallpaper view, swipe left to go to the showcase or swipe right to go to standard view.



Note about the Performance Tweak
(Settings > General > Tweak Performance)

If you have problems with the wallpaper staying black after leaving Aero Music, turn this setting off. The tweak removes the wallpaper to improve the performance which causes problems with a few custom launchers.

It works 100%ly with the S9's default Launcher, the J3's default Launcher and Klaus Launcher. About other launchers: I don't know. Just check whether the tweak is causing problems with the wallpaper and turn it off if so.

This UCI is great. It's both good-looking and functional.

Even though it's only a beta, the only feature that I've found a problem with so far is in the JetEffect menu. I can't seem to change BBE etc., it just highlights new selections.

Also, this isn't a bug, but I would like it if the Seekbar didn't cover up album art in the Fancy setting -- i.e., I'd prefer it if the album art would just be smaller with the Fancy Seekbar instead of being overlapped.. I know I can select Simple Style, but then I lose the time elapsed indicator.

Sweet, first custom UCI I've ever tried since I got the J3 - and it's already a keeper.

Great job, Kizune, that looks (and works) really well.

(If you could add quick access to the pan/balance setting and the sleep timer, I would be eternally happy. Those things I need on a daily basis, and they're hidden so silly deep in the system settings.)

The third menu page still looks somewhat empty, so it shouldn't be a problem to add two buttons for these functions there.

Dfkt, download the UCI again and you'll have the two buttons.
The balance button can be found in the menu and the sleep timer is in the QuickAccess menu (press and hold the button with the arrow until the menu opens).
In both cases you have to swipe to the left or right side to in- or decrease the setting.

... that's the sound of my jaw dropping on the floor. Wow, just wow. Not only was that a seriously fast update, but it's an excellent solution with the slider strips - much faster than Cowon's list approach! This is an amazing UI - now it has everything (and more) that I was used to with Claw's UI on the S9, and it looks amazingly good as well.

The version of Aero Music shown in this video is a bit older (Beta 2), the current version, Beta 3, contains some new features.

Changes:

- Added option to activate the extended volume gesture (known from Dark Evolution)
- Added Menubar theme 'Invisible'
---> Works only in combination with the seekbar theme 'Fancy'
---> The menubar is still on its place, it's just not visible. This means, when you tap the invisible browser button (when you press a button it becomes visible), the browser opens, when you tap the invisible home button, the mainmenu is opened and so on.
- Added better alternative album covers
- Playlist Manager: When you are in the track list and you reached the last page, swipe up to jump to the first one. Vice versa if you are in the first page and you swipe down.

Excuse me, but how do I install this? I've found instuctions on how to install UCI's, but the files within the downloaded zip package looks nothing like those in the zip archive for chakra as a reference, and I can't seem to comprehend how to get this working with these instructions http://anythingbutipod.com/forum/showthread.php?t=57566

Could someone help me with step-by-step instructions?

Download the archive and extract its content into /System/Flash UI/. That's all.

Thank you for your response, something definately happened, unfortunately my music screen is all grey now. Anything I missed?

It's gray? Nothing else, you only get a gray screen?

Then you should download the UCI again, it sounds to me that the ZIP file broke. Try to download the file with another browser for example to make sure the download succeeds now.
