Strange skipping with Rockbox

I installed Rockbox 3.7.1 on my Clip+ for the better battery life playing Flac files (gets almost double over the stock firmware!), but now when I play an album it sometimes ends a song early and skips to the next one. Not all the time, and not always the same album. It occurs mostly with the first song of the album.

Is this a known glitch (I searched quickly the known issues but didn't find this mentioned)?
