An Aussie has taken up the challenge (from Paul Thurrott) and provided a list of the restricted release features for WP7 all around the global launch markets. Details of which features which countries are all marked - broken into Zune features (ABI Zune HD users = no surprises here) and everything else (WP7).

What a bloody mess! If I was a Canadian – I would be pretty mad that they missed all the same features with WP7 that we Aussies have, and you literally cross a border and BAM.

The Netherlands is just pathetic. But thanks to my live account I've used for the Zune HD, I can access the app marketplace.
I wonder why Germany doesn't have access to the Zune pass though. It is one of the countries that got WP7 first.
