easiest way to delete podcast/song RBox Clip+

One of the features I use most is to easily delete podcast and songs from my mp3 player, especially while driving. With the original firmware I figured out how to do it although it took more clicks than I was happy with. So far I can't figure it out with the Rockboxed Clip+ at all.
I don't mean to be a pest here but I'm not having luck understanding the manual and just tried unsuccessfully to register at http://forums.rockbox.org but kept getting an error from the Captcha device.I'm a complete newbie on the Clip+ and Rockbox so thanks for help on this.

In the file list, just click and hold the center button on the file or folder you want to delete, then choose delete from the following menu.
