Help with bricked fuze

Hello

I have a 1 year old sansa fuze that stoped working after i inserted a faulty microsd card, when i did that it hanged then i used the power switch to reset it (holding it for 10 secs) when i restarted the fuze it froze on the logo screen after the sansa message (the flower looking thing).

I tryed everything, holding the switch for up to 2 mins to see if i can do a hard reset, holding up the central and forward buttons while turning it on and off, holding the central and hold button, and other combinations. I also left it on until battery drained then try to connect to pc and still frozen, then tried a wallcharger and still frozen.

I doesnt make a difference if i plug it into the computer because it always frozes on the logo screen

Any ideas? should i go ahead and move on to a new player?
