The Amazon Unbox software will do it for you.

Open Amazon Unbox.
Connect your player to your PC.
Click on "Devices" on the top left.
Your player will show.
In the list of available downloads, drag the one you want to the player panel. Click YES.
Wait until it's done.
Play and enjoy.

At least that's how my ZVM60 works.

This is starting to sound like an Amazon/Unbox issue - particularly if videos you're purchasing aren't even being made available to transfer to your player. I'd suggest contacting the service provider about this.

Angry problems with unbox recognizing device

Could someone help with this? I bought videos on amazon and downloaded to unbox. The device is not recognized by unbox but "my computer " does recognize the Zen player. Help!!

I bought the zen just for this purpose- watching unbox movies- and I am now so frustrated.
