The D3 does not have the Market, but since it's Android 2.1 it is still affected by this vulnerability. If you installed an infected apk, your device could be affected without you realizing it. Android 2.2 and below is affected, allegedly. Hopefully Cowon will release a patch soon to plug up this security hole. In the meantime -- if you have adb access you can plug this up manually.
