rockbox crashes when dealing with database and microSD

dear all

I have a Sansa Clip+ 4gb
rockbox always worked as a charm.

the other week I bought a 16gb card, by Sandisk, and Rockbox is really really faulty now.
as far as I could sense, the problem is generated by the database; as long as i don't touch it in any way, it works quite fine.
but if i update, browse the database, then it crashes and shows a Panic error.
I had to reupdate the firmware like every single day of the last week because of this.

Is this a known issue? Because I really love rockbox and I love to scrobble.
the original FW is working super fine, but unluckily it doesnt scrobble, plus the GUI is quite crappy

I could eventually live with the database, but I wanted to know if there is a fix to this problem.

Does this happen with the current build, 3.8 or 3.7.1?
