Issue I found:

I'm in WPS
I try lock buttons
I'm pressing HOME button and device lock and then quickly unlock itself
I must be very quick to successfully lock keys

IIRC, that was the best I could manage. I'll look into it; no promises, though.

I did some testing with different combinations on the keymap and this is what I found:

The 3.9 branch hasn't been touched in months (we've already branched 3.10 at this point), so its somewhere around r30000 or so. Are you really using the old 3.9 branch, or is that based off of current SVN?

No, you read it correctly. I didn't have any plans on updating the build anymore, but a user requested a patch be added.
The build is based off of the v3.9 branch (/rockbox/branches/v3_9).

I'm aware that you've branched for v3.10 and are preparing for a release, but there have been so many changes since v3.9 and so many bugs (Yes, I realize all the blockers have been fixed) , I'm hesitant to release a build based off of v3.10.

If I ever release a new build, it will be based off of the current SVN or stable branch at the time.
Though, I don't see anything wrong with using v3.9 (it's *supposed* to be stable)

It's based on the v3.9 branch (/branches/v3.9), when I checked it out from SVN it was assigned the current SVN revision (e.g: r31078).
This can help identify what backports it has, although that's pointless now that you've branched for v3.10.

So, yes, it is based off of r31078, but of the v3.9 branch.

Yeah I know how SVN works. My point is that if you're based on a branch that hasn't been touched in months, its not r31078. That is just the number the repo was at when you pulled the old branch. But it has nothing to do with your build so you should try to be more clear about what you've actually done . . .

If anyone is interested, I've built a build against current SVN.
This is the build I use for personal use, so it only has two patches; my keymap patch and FS#11304.

Last updated: (12/15/2011) Please use the build based off of current rockbox SVN.

Lol, the official name is CrunchBang. It's a lightweight Debian based distro that uses the OpenBox window manager.

I don't think I'll be creating a build based on 3.10.
I checked out the latest SVN the other day and applied all the patches except FS#11891 because it's supposedly broken against current SVN. I haven't gotten around to compiling it and uploading it, though. If I have time tomorrow I'll post it.

I'm not really into rockbox.. What's the difference between this 'rom' and the 3.10 which can be installed automatically through the installer?
