can someone make a nfl highlight app?

its sucks that espn doesnt have a video highlight section. And nfl.com has not made and app for us. Does anyone know a way to suggest someone tobmake this app or something. I would do it my self but i know nothing about app making.

Biggest issue would be getting the licensing rights to the video footage I'm guessing. The best option may just be to favourite in IE9 on the phone the NFL website where video highlights are on the web, for watching when mobile....

I know an Aussie Developer that has released this fairly comprehensive NFL 2011/12 Season App:

Okay. Because i am pretty sure the nfl.com app for ios and android has video highlights. I was surprised and disappointing when i saw that espn did not have the video highlights. Does anyone know how to some way get a company to make an app for you platform?
