The new Cowon i10, successor of the i9 is going to be released this week in Korea.
As for the C2 I should get it very soon for an exclusive preview and review on cowon.fr.

Meanwhile on the Korean Cowon website you can see a teasing for the device: http://product.cowon.com/product/iAU...microsite.html
Well, honnestly that's the worst teasing I have ever seen
And I feel this "therapy music" concept is as shitty as the "Daily Life" UI on the Cowon C2.

C'mon Cowon, stop inventing stupid features and improve the interface and navigation on your devices. I feel the review will be a pain

That page just takes a long time to load. Nothing appear until it has completely loaded. Click on Screen Saver and all you see are color panels with therapy phrases.

For someone coming from the i7 the i9 was a let down other than gapless and it came in at 1/3 the battery life or less than the 7. I’m not sure what consumers Cowon is aiming at with that nonsense but that won’t be a hit here. I’ll pass on the i10, shame they don’t listen, a dup of the J3 with expansion slot, better battery life and no video would be fine with me. On another note I could be wrong but I can’t imagine this is attractive to the Korean market either. /me wonders who will be the first company to come out with dual expansion slots

An i7 2.0 with tactile controls would be nice. At this point though if I get another DAP it'll probably just be a clip.

I'm looking forward to seeing what this will look like,I'm more open-minded about Cowon's ideas than against them,the teaser site seems interesting so far,I'm loving the music on the site right now,its awesome to me,it introduced me to more new artists. Hopefully the design is better than the fugly Clip Zip.
