Default How do I apply Dolby Headphone settings directly to an audio file?

I while back ( 12-24-2010, 02:21 PM to be precise) hannyjuca posted this:

"I couldn't care less about applying DSPs on the fly, because when I send my files from the PC to the Sansa Clip+ I use a Foobar2000 converter preset that will apply my Dolby Headphone settings directly to the audio file......"

Can anyone (hannyjuca perhaps!!!) explain how this is done, ie how do you send files from a PC to a Sansa Clip+ (or Fuze) using a Foobar2000 converter preset.

I have Foobar2000 v1.1.6 with SendToDevice as a legacy component, together with the Dolby Headphone DSP. The bit I think I am missing is the converter preset that allows the Dolby Headphone surround effect to be applied to the audio file.
