Transferring Playlists from One Zen to Another

Hey guys, I'm trying to duplicate one of my player's onto a newly formatted one. I was able to copy the music and videos simply with drag and drop and Windows Explorer, but the playlists are coming across as 0kb files and the new player doesn't even have the playlists listed. Each playlist has several hundred songs on it and it's crucial that I get them transferred over to avoid recreating it. Is there anyway I can transfer these playlists over?
