Video on X7 help

Hi

Have had my X7 for the last two weeks
And I am loving it
Mainly purchased for music,
However, I have tried to put a movie on it and got completly confused
I have never even tried to put a film on my PC

SOrry I'm a music nut not a movie buff

Any help and or advice with the whole process would be great

Try FormatFactory - all in one step,free.
I,ve got used to famous DVDSmith to make dvd backup and then - converter AnyDVD.
when you download these programs,you have to be mindful - not to fall into traps
leading you to paid programs instead of free versions - they are very tricky and persistent.
And X7 doesnt play everything - I convert to xvid.

Tried to transfer through Cowon Media Centre and get an error message after 10secs
So tried to just drag and drop a WMV file which the device failed to show
Saw the file just gave a message of FAILED when trying to play
Am just trying to convert through FormatFactory

Result!!! I now have The Matrix on my X7
