Problem with m4a track order and album art

Hi,

I have a couple of albums whose files are in the m4a format. When I go into these albums they are listed in alphabetical order, rather than in the proper tracker order. Also no album art is displayed for these songs, although they have been attached to the files using the mp3tag software and also in jpeg, not png, format.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

I know I could convert the m4a files to mp3 on my computer, but doesn't this reduce the quality?

in case anyone has the same problem, I found that you can solve it by changing the USB transfer mode in the player's settings from MSC to MTP and then transfer the files using some sort of sync software. I used WMP 12 and that worked fine
