anyway to lock and turn screen off separately

As the display is the biggest battery killer I like my screen to turn off after about 30 secs of nonuse. But I hate having to unlock the device every time it turns off, yet still want the ability to lock it. Are there any apps that give more options when it comes to this? Ideally I'd like my screen to turn off after 30 seconds and device to lock after 5 minutes or so, or by pressing the power button.
