Where can I get the cd that comes with my Iriver 120 to convert my music and videos?

hi,i have e300 iriver.my set auto upgrade with iriver plus4.my firmware set developed to
1.08.but this firmware dose not already in iriver website.
than as upgrade my set,i have problem:usb device is not requgnized.
