i have a samsung yp gb70 player but now totally dead how do I fix it? I have reset many times, seems wrong to upgrade and eventually totally dead what should I do now?

Um, I'd guess a lot more info is needed if you expect to get any help with your problem.
How did it become "totally dead".
What happens when you reset it?
What did you do to it for this to happen...rooting gone bad?

I actually forgot the google account and password, and i tried upgrade the firmware software in different version and then suddenly totally dead..

As suggested in another thread, go to XDA developers, Samsung, and ask there as they can probably help you with this.

Was it working before you tried firmware upgrade? If you bought the US version, there is no upgrade. Do you mean you tried to root and bricked it? True, much more "techie type" help at XDA.
