Difficulties to use EQ on clip zip

Hello, i decided to install Rockbox on my sansa Clip Zip mostly for of it's equalizer.I have Shure SE535 and always used an equalizer on my Iphone.

But now, the problem, is that it's kinda more complicated to set it up on Clip zip.I know it's kinda lame, but i always used interative courb EQ you can modify directly with the touch screen, and i'm kinda lost how to use an equalizer how it has to be used, like the rockbox one . I have to reproduce this on my Rockbox EQ, but i don't know how to do it on Rockbox and i really could use some help from you guys :



Anyway, i heard that using the equalizer on sansa clip zip makes it worse, because the EQ chip of the sansa is not good at all.Is it true? Thanks a lot

There's a few links here that should help you. AFAIK the EQ is in the firmware not the chip but you're right most do not like SanDisks implementation of EQ but hey that's one of millions of reasons that rockbox is so much better.

i find this link (which you posted btw) http://www.recordingreview.com/artic...-EQ/Page1.html that is kinda helpful for me to begin with equalization.But sadly it doesn't help me how to ehav the same results i have on EasyQ on my rockbox equalizer,because i don't want to try to parameter my EQ, but to reproduce these results , they were not found by me, but they are from a professional which recommanded to use this eq preset with shure SE535
