Any way to actually see whats on external sd card?

Had issues with doubletwist putting cds in USB storage and SD card before I had a chance to cancel the sync.Wondered if a setting existed that would show me exactly what is now loaded on my sd card?

I highly recommend ES File Explorer which is also available at the Android Market BTW.
However even the stock file viewer ("My Files" is the name) will let you look at the external sd enough to see if songs have been placed there.
