[E30] Audio speech files stop before end of track

With audio books and journals like "The Economist" I notice the last few seconds of a file are not played on my E30. Especialy with articles this is anoying for the last sentence is rather importent.

Do i have a setting wrong?
If so, what is the setting to get the file played till the end?

Or a software bug?
How can I fix it?

Or what is it?


An other thing thats anoying me is the strange order it puts files in que, sometimes it takes odd tracks numbers first then the even ones are played.
Fixable with the iriver plus program by making playlist, but that takes time and is no fun at all.
