Zen Vision:M has White Screen
I've had my Vision M 30 GB for several years, and it's worked fine. A few months ago, I got the white screen (around late January or early February). I've checked every solution possible regarding the white screen, but none work. I've put it in the freezer, I've tried the holding down on the "hold" trick. I've tried to find the mp3 recovery tool but it's not linked on Creative's website anymore. I've moved all my contents off the player.
Is this a hardware issue? If so, I'll follow the guide on fixing the loose ribbon. Thanks.
