I can’t fast forward

ZEN VISION M 30

I can’t fast forward
The counter on the left works but not the deduct counter on the right
It used to show what was remaining now it show zero’s
I thought it might be because it was getting full
I have formatted in windows and thru Zen also upgraded firmware

The only thing I can think it might be is windows 7 64 bit

I use windows to copy and paste audiobooks and make playlists with windows
right click make playlist

I like these so much I have 3 and all have same problem
