E475 Cover Art and Tag Settings?

Looking to tag all my music in mp3tag program and was wondering what the settings i should use to have all the art show up and tags recognized? and if it could be cross compatable with rockbox players that would be great. Couldn't find what settings to use in sonys manual

My Sonys tend to be very tolerant as to tags. I use the same settings in MP3Tag as I do for Rockboxed players with the exception of embedding the AA into the files. If I want it to appear on a Sony I embed the AA. With Rockboxed players I just use a .jpg named cover.jpg. That doesn't work on my Sonys so I embed the image and it always shows.

My images are usually no more than 500x500 and no larger than 100 kb. I could probably go smaller than that but I usually use the same settings and images on players that have larger screens and smaller images will sometimes be grainy or pixelated.

The same settings that I recommended in the one thread in the Sansa Fuze board, have worked for me on every other device i have used....Sony, Cowon, Sansa, Apple, Creative, Motorola, Samsung, and probably something else I am forgetting.

Ok i'm using id3 v2 with utf-16 encoding. everything looks good except for 2 albums i just loaded which didn't have art so i found a pic and scaled it with gimp and embedded it but still doesn't show up weird. same settings as every other song. edit in gimp when saving your image you need to make sure to uncheck the progressive and optimize settings as per http://lists.debian.org/debian-user/.../msg01598.html for anyone who stumbles upon this via google
