Default Need an app to convert urls to clickable hyperlinks

Hello, I am using a Samsung Galaxy 4.2 Player.

On the PC, I can create a new document with Google Docs, copy an url from the browser address bar and paste it into the document. When I press return, the url becomes a hyperlink.

Switching over to Android, the Google Docs app doesn't have this functionality. I have tried different free word processor apps but none of them has been able to do the job.

Can anybody give me a clue on how to achieve this without using the desktop PC please?

Thanks

Ottavio
