Default Samsung Galaxy Player 4.2 Question on futures and / or functions?

Hi, I have Samsung Galaxy 4.2 media player and I LOVE IT !!!.

Question I have is:

What extra futures or functions you get after performing Root.??

you get full control of device os/software.
your apps built for root only that are meant to disable many apps that snitch you out and use your device resources to do so.
for example, google maps has the right to record audio and video from your device any time it cares to and you gave concent. if you root, you can kill/freeze it from running.
the list is too huge to mention the why to root. i would say its worth it and i would never keep a non-rooted device for long.

some of the better software i have come to like for root only is luck patcher, afwall+, titanium, xprivacy (the best at shutting down components of software) and ViPER4Android.

so it's not about added features so much as its about full control of a device that it yours.
