Problem with Creative Zen V PLus..Help!!

hi all....iam having a hard time with my creative zen v plus..i got the player about two weeks ago. The problem is that, it froze and i reboot it, and since i did that, every time i turn it on, it says "Rebuilding Library" and there is a little downloading bar at the bottom of the player...but it doesnt fill up all the way, and instead proceeds without having a complete bar....and well i go to All Track, and nothing is there, I go To Vidoes and nothing is there either, same with photos....i dont know what the problem is....oh and i also want to know if this has anything to do with firmware...if so please if not much trouble post a link, as to where the firmware is at...THANKS SO MUCH!!!

hmmm...possibly the firmware will work, but i dunno. your zen might be faulty. if the firmware doesn't work, e-mail Creative and try to return it.
