-Adds the Set Clock menu item.
Select Main Menu -> System -> Clock Settings -> Set Clock.

-Windows Media® Player 10 or later
-USB 1.1 port (USB 2.0 recommended for faster transfers)
-Creative ZEN V Plus

To install this firmware, do the following:
-Download the file into your local hard disk.
-Close all application and Windows Explorer windows that are currently running on your computer.
-Connect your player to your computer.
-Double-click the downloaded file and follow the instructions on the screen.

-Okay people, alot of you people ask "will this charger work?"
Well...most likely not. A safe thing to do is to just buy the Creative universal charger. Phone chargers obviously don't work on the Zen, even though it can fit in the line-in jack. if you found a Usb-out charger, try it I guess.

The Line-in jack is made for Line-in Recording only, so A/V-out cables won't work or anything that can fit into the jack. If there is possibly one that works, please notify me this.

-After some time using this model, the Back button might not push in and it doesn't make that click sound that the Play button makes and you have to push the back button harder. This happens to alot of people. Don't go crazy about it though, it's not really that bad.

-Videos will take alot of memory up and watching it constantly will drain the heck out of you player.

Videos can't be compressed when it's converted into Avi. It's file size is about doubled.

-Finger prints are really annoying and they appear very easily on the Zen V/V plus. Be smart and buy a protective skin for it:

-There's no Auto scroll on this player, so going through your music library can be annoying.

-The Zen V (plus) has a OLED screen, Which equals more battery life. If your in the sunlight, you won't be able to see anything on it. it sucks, but you can just block the sun from the screen by simply putting your hand over the player(duh!).

If your Zen V (plus) is malfunctioning, contact Creative by e-mail:
Creative status:

MuVo TX FM: working
Zen Nano: Unknown Malfunction(broken)
Zen V Plus: circuit board burned out (being replaced)
