Zen V Plus Frozen+Won't Turn On
So I got my V+ a few months ago, and it worked fine up until now. It won't turn on, even when I hold the reset button for a minute. When I plug it into the computer, the play button and back button light up, but I still can't turn it on. Plus, my computer doesn't recognize it. I tried reseting it, but it won't work either. Is this covered by warranty, or does someone have any ideas on how to fix it?

That sounds like a player gone bad, and - yes, it should be covered under warranty. Contact Creative to arrange for an RMA.
