1)How can I move with a file or folder when its already in my player?
I tried to do it many ways, but it never lets me... 2)For what reason is in the player folder ZenCast ? 3)Has anyone tried to press the "Purchase" button as one of many options while playing a song? ![]() Before starting video..option button->Settings... takes you right to the main menu, where you can easily change brightness of your player....or you can do it during the movie(you have to go back "left bottom" of course...but it ll remeber your last position). It think its pretty cool... One very good info for those, who is using Album Art. When you click on certain Artist and go to see Albums, you click with the "option button" on one of it and press the option "Switch View." Next time there wont be the name of a album BUT THE PICTURE YOU SAVED THERE. Its awesome hehe, but it takes a few seconds to load it...Try out

Hi,
dont know what podcast means. Can you pls explain it to me? What is it for if i ll download it? I hate that manual i got with this player. There are hundrets of pages in languages, but there is nothing written about such a stuff...also Tv folder(i suppose it might do something with the AV cable, but i have no idea, so id appreciate if anybody could tell me...) Instead of this they write useless things which are very basic(everybody learns them after using the player for 10 minutes). |

Don't have any media programs running at the moment. Disabled Detector via MediaSource. Double checked services list and nothing that was Creative/ media player-related was running. It seems that the DEvice is automatically docked once XP detects it as a portable drive...BLAH. Any solutions?

By any chance, do you have a Removable Drive partition set up on the thing?

That is why your player keeps docking when you plug it in -- The computer is mounting the MSC partition on your player.
If you don't want the player to auto-dock, you're going to have to lose the partition.

I have a 1G partition, running under XP, and although I automatically dock when the creative SW is running, if it is not, I do not dock automatically.
It used to always autodock until I read about that setting (detector) here and switched it (thanks!). FWIW, I do not have WMP v11. And I do not have the latest firmware. I have the pre-FM recording-deletion firmware...haven't upgraded to the new one that has it restored yet. Maybe this is a reason to wait

It autodocks whenever Windows detects it as a portable device. ![]() EDIT: SOLUTION: Disabled drivers (via Computer Management) that Windows installed when I first connected the device. Charges and plays simultaneously now without the adapter. YAY.

whenever i connect mine to my computer it goes to usb "docked" mode and it just charges/syncs(if i choose to do so.)
i have a dc adaptor so if i want to charge and use it, i connect it to that. |

OH nevermind. Disabling the driver via Computer Management doesn't allow charging.
My M hates me for some reason. EDIT: NO wait. It does allow charging if you connect the M first and disable the driver afterwards. It WONT charge if you connect the M, disable the driver, disconnect + reconnect the M. I gots it., I tink. ^^
