Zen Not Working On Vista!

I just got my Zen V Plus, installed the software. It says the driver installed ok but windows say no mp3 player is connected. Under device and drivers it is listed but with an exclamation. When you click on it, it says, "This device cannot start. (Code 10). Can anyone help me?

Mine works in Vista with no problems at all

Vista has MTP support built into the operating system so any MP3 player will work without the need for drivers. The problem may be that you DID install drivers. Try removing the software and drivers. Also make sure you plugged into your tower directly... sometimes they have trouble over USB hubs.
